Life
GRADUATED FROM LONE JACK HS. IN 1957.MARRIED AND DIVORCED AND MOVED TO CALIFORNIA IN 1963... LIVED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, WORKING WITH A MILITARY CONTRACT COMPANY AND ALSO AS AN ELECTRONICS BUYER..ADOLPH AND I MARRIED IN NOV 1979. AND CONTINUED TO LIVE IN BURBANK,CA AREA UNTIL MAY, 1982 WHEN WE MOVED TO NEV. MY NEW HUBBY AND I LIVED IN LAS VEGAS. I LOST MY WONDERFUL HUSBAND IN 1997. I HAD A USED BOOK STORE FROM 1988 UNTIL JUNE 2001, WHICH I CLOSE. ELEVEN MONTHS LATER, I WENT TO WORK WITH THE LOCAL TARGET'S NIGHT STOCKING TEAM. LAST OCT, 2004. I SOLD MY HOUSE IN LAS VEGAS,,AND MOVED TO LEE'S SUMMIT MO,, WHERE I NOW RESIDE. I HAVE TRANSFERRED TO THE LEE'S SUMMIT SUPER TARGET,,AND CONTINUE TO WORK WITH THE TEAM, FIVE NIGHTS A WEEK. My first job was at Encyclopedia Americana in Summer of 1957, where I got paid $40a week to be a typist-Biller. What I remember most about it is typing and typing 8 hrs a day..on a manual typewriter..
As a child.. i remember mom putting up 200 quarts of green beans each summer... guess who got to snap them.. to this day i don't eat green beans.
